The tragedy struck while we were in Cuba, which was one of
the really great things that happened to us last year. Even though we had to
rush back to deal with the aftermath of the fire, cutting our trip very short,
we did have a
fantastic night in Havana.
We got to close out the year with a much needed retreat to
the tranquil beauty of Catalina. This unique island made for a perfect escape and
a relaxing holiday as we celebrated a Catalina Christmas.
